There is an increase in need for farmers to meet their productivity.
At a low cost to the farmer. Fuel cost has soured. Feed cost for animals has rocketed.
Hired hands have been cut back to allow funds for more needs to be met.
Maintenance for trucks, land, plumbing, carpentry, fences barns had to be left at a minimum.

The main function of our bureaucracy is to target small farms or big farms that are folding.
There will be a need for men willing to work at a low cost to the farmer.
We are in hopes that there will be some government help with financing.
Applying for subsidies for a way to pay our workers will be needed.
Fuel assistance can be provided.
Hardship loans can be applied for But we cannot guarantee loans will be secured!
The design of this this format is to provide a blueprint a design to guide us through to offer a foundation that we can build a group of people together to locate troubled farmers and to find out there needs to provide low cost workers to meet there needs and to allow for productivity
Minimum requirements to keep the banks happy and to provide means for the families to service our skills. Jobs can be on a loan basis with a basic contract to allow a farmer to pay workers on a installment plan.
In order to build a strong foundation for our bureau will need to form a group of people to make up the body of willing men or women. We need men and women to formulate and organization .
1. One chair to chair the meetings
2. A person that the group can trust to take the dues to the bank .
3. And the chair members of six people to take take on certain task.
4. three to locate and contact farmers in need of assistance.
5. Three to find workers to meet the needs of the farmers
6. The workers when forming this group – we might have to consider a wise chose policy to determine if they are sober or using that will be left to the overall group or farmer doing the hiring
7. The rest of the group will be basic members that have a desire to take jobs . Skilled workers who are able bodied workers.
8. We the body members can work to receive fuel assistance from the Unemployment office in Winchester Virginia.
9. There will have to be a way to find subsidies from the government, if possible, to offer the bureau members a small portion of pay,
some trucks could be used to bring workers to work if we found a source to donate some.
10. One sectary to keep bullets or notes.
The purpose of our bureau is to gather information about people that need work done on their farm however the houses will have to be left up to the farmer for extra cost.

11. Barn building and restoration
These jobs could be available to skilled workers and provide help for the farmer in need

I thank the new members of our restorations effort of small farms and for there generous contributions to the repairing of small farms bound for doom. These members have managed to allow payment for
